MurrCloud Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

MurrCloud (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is operated by G&C Enterprises Management Inc.. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use the MurrCloud platform and its integrations, including the Amazon Selling Partner API integration.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account Information: Business name, contact name, email address, and phone number provided during registration or onboarding.

Amazon Seller Data: When you authorize MurrCloud to connect to your Amazon Seller Central account, we access and store data including orders, inventory levels, product listings, pricing, shipment information, and financial settlement data via the Amazon Selling Partner API.

Usage Data: Logs of API calls, sync activity, error reports, and system performance metrics for the purpose of maintaining service reliability.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Synchronize Amazon orders, inventory, and shipment data with your ERP system
• Provide financial reconciliation between Amazon settlements and your accounting records
• Maintain and improve the MurrCloud platform
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Amazon Information

Data retrieved via the Amazon Selling Partner API (“Amazon Information”) is used solely to provide the services described above. We do not sell, share, or transfer Amazon Information to any third party. Amazon Information is stored exclusively within your dedicated MurrCloud instance and is not commingled with data from other customers.

5. Data Security

We implement the following security controls to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections
• API credentials and access tokens are stored encrypted in your dedicated database instance
• Access to Amazon Information is restricted to authorized personnel based on job function
• Security incidents involving Amazon Information are reported to security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your MurrCloud subscription is active. Upon termination, data is deleted within 30 days upon written request.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at support@murrcloud.com.

8. Third Parties

MurrCloud does not share Amazon Information with outside parties. Infrastructure services (VPS hosting) are used solely for the purpose of running your dedicated MurrCloud instance and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
