What's included in managed hosting?
All MurrCloud plans include cloud hosting on dedicated infrastructure, SSL, daily backups, uptime monitoring, and platform updates. You never need to manage servers.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time to start saving 10%. If you switch mid-cycle, the annual rate applies from your next billing date.
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
A one-time onboarding fee applies to bundle plans to cover data migration, configuration, and training. This is scoped during your demo call and is separate from the monthly subscription.
Do I need technical expertise to use MurrCloud?
No. MurrCloud is designed for business owners and operators, not IT teams. Our onboarding team handles all setup, and our support team is available for any ongoing needs.
What currencies and tax jurisdictions are supported?
MurrCloud supports multi-currency operations and is pre-configured for Canadian HST/GST, US sales tax, and other jurisdictions. Cross-border compliance is a core specialization of our team.
Can I migrate from QuickBooks or another ERP?
Yes. Our onboarding team handles data migration from QuickBooks, Xero, spreadsheets, and most other ERP systems. We'll map your chart of accounts, import historical data, and validate balances before go-live.
